Request for areas for solar energy
The development of renewable energies, solar and wind, is currently the best alternative to make Germany less dependent on energy imports in the long term and this opens up new long-term opportunities for landowners.
The German government will simplify and shorten the approval procedures for alternative energy systems and we have worked intensively on the topic of alternative energies as a service for our land-owning customers in order to be able to provide you with the best advice for selecting a partner for solar and wind systems.

We were commissioned by one of our clients, one of the leading teams for the development of solar energy in Germany, to search for suitable areas. In particular, areas of at least 10 ha to a maximum of 500 ha are suitable, which are adjacent to highways or railways and/or are not suitable for agricultural use due to poor soil quality.
The land is leased on a long-term basis, but can also be purchased if desired, and the rents correspond to a multiple of the standard local rent, as the aim is to expand quickly. A great opportunity for landowners of suitable land with low soil points.
