In autumn 2021, Daniel Pfaffmann, Managing Director of Brandwerk GmbH, invited to the Pfistermühle restaurant for an evening in the best of company. With Franz and Ludwig Bauer and Michael Reiss as co-hosts, we can look back on an all-round perfect event.
The 3-course menu prepared by the Pfistermühle service and kitchen team was a culinary extra class. High-quality dishes create a composition that has been coordinated down to the smallest detail.
And the program between and after the courses was in no way inferior to the dishes.
Co-hosts Franz and Ludwig Bauer from Juwelier F.C.Bauer presented an exclusive selection of watches from Patek Philippe and other manufacturers in a wooden watch case and bedded on velvet.
Marco Schum, managing director of Cigarren Schum, came up with something special for this event and presented two selected examples of his own brand. These captivated with excellent processing, intensive aromas and matured tobaccos of the highest quality.
At this point, thanks to all those who have contributed to making these hours unforgettable.
