How can you buy real estate?

A minimum investment of USD 375,000 is required for a foreigner to obtain permanent resident status in Mauritius. The permit is valid for 20 years and can be renewed. A residence permit is also guaranteed for the spouse and children under the age of 24 as well as the investor's parents.

What is new is that it is now possible to buy a property in partnership, with each investor receiving a residence permit provided they can each invest more than USD 375,000 in the project.
